I am appreciative that trust exists between leadership & employees so that we may work from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management takes the time to get to know you personally as well your family. It's a friendly environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work from home & early dismissals on Summer Fridays makes me happy. That the company supports & understands a work/life balance is very satisfying.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA option. The ability to take ownership of saving for healthcare expenditures & have those funds roll forward across years & across companies is very beneficial to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team trusts eachother, communicates effectively together, is never afraid to ask questions, & is knowlegable/able to cover for one another so that we may take PTO without disrupting service.
