I have worked here for two years, I think it can be a great company to work for, it can be slightly unorganized at times, but they do have some amazing opportunities. I feel you have to work here and really find your own rhythm. With any company there are pros and cons they just have to be weighed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming in and having an environment where coworkers are friendly and not so tense and unapproachable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a lot of questions and feedback, between the interviewing manager and I. The interview was informational.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I do feel like we have growth that has begun to take place. Most of them are competent, are extremely knowledgeable and not afraid to share their knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ones i have encountered have been really upfront, and worked with my ever changing schedule. They have been flexible for the most part, However they want employees to do things they pay their managers to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was that we worked together, but as time has progressed new cow workers have not been as positive and easy to get along with. They are often loud on the floors and inconsiderate of each other. There are a select few that still make the work environment pleasant.
