people are supportive and schedules are somewhat flexible, and other staff cooperate to help accommodate scheduling needs

I liked that I was able to interact with multiple people in multiple departments during my interview process
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling appreciated. Supervisors and upper management are very verbal about appreciation for roles and provide appropriate recognition
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the education reimbursement is phenomenal. I have worked multiple healthcare agencies and this is by far the best education package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Upper Management is very visible and accessible. Each facility has senior leadership that is present and interactive, as well as executives throughout the company that are very responsive to email and give reports regularly
