
They do a good job at discussing the things we as a team do well, things we can do better as a whole and they develop action plans to follow through to make this happen.
That no matter what shift i work when you are entering the facility or leaving people speak, they either say hello or good by or something of that nature and i have the to say most Aurora facilities are not created equal here.
I changed fields completely so being asked how my skills could be inter exchangeable and what strengths would I utilize to transition into my new position. This made me know that I am a doer and my compassion to help others it what makes me valuable.
When we are able to communicate effectively accross the board I am not an RN however I could very well become one and I am more than capable to perform my job sobi don't like it when RNs act as if we are a lesser entity we very much rely upon each other.
That even through adversity's and major changes in staff and management we have managed to keep proactive point of views which i guess is really all you can ask for when your trying to make good changes. The people that are still here are willing to make changes as necessary and thats what I like.
Every position that requires you to have direct patient care envolvement should have some form of benifits available to them. I went from full time to zero assign to go back to school and im a single parent and just like that my benifits have been taken away as if I've investing nothing in two years
