I worked remotely. When i was working on site, the environment was still a great place to be though.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership. Aurora has changed so much since I first started with them and every response that I have gotten to work ethics, leadership, team appreciation, support, etc. is because the management has to "answer to the higher up". They do not support their own team in fear of losing their own jobs.
