Horrible place to work at They don't like to hire disabled people even though they claim so that pays absolutely terrible The management is horrible and unexperienced and very micromanaged horrible display of empathy towards or employees Do not recommend

Micromanage beyond absolutely ridiculous on an already stressful job

My interview process was ridiculous They lied about a lot of things I was supposed to receive I never did
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The problem is there a lot of people that are over experienced where they have on the low jobs meanwhile they have people in management that have absolutely no experience whatsoever and making big decisions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need a restructure the entire management upper management team get rid of crappy bosses that absolutely there are clueless the pain needs to be up way more and there is no support for burnout or to keep good employees
