We are diverse. WE have people of different ages and cultures that work together well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management does not take into account our suggestions. They talk like we are involved but when it comes to actions its always there decision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that working in healthcare our health insurance costs should not be so high. In premiums I pay well over $4000.00 just to have the insurance plus $500 deductibles a peice and co-insurance.
