
I feel I'm very fairly compensated and because I work in recruiting, I know that we look heavily at markets to ensure we're compensating all caregivers fairly.
The actual work I do and the fact that my boss trusts me enough to let me get it done the best way I know how. She's extremely flexible and focuses mostly on my output.
Every building or department may be different, but across the whole organization everyone is incredibly kind. We're all looking out for patients first and treat each other very well. We seem to be loosening up on some "buttoned up" culture pieces - like dress code. But it takes time!
