Managers should have their employees backs instead of appeasing the higher ups. Dedicated hard working employees get dumped on while the tattle tales soar.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This place seems to pit the employees against each other and encourage tattling on coworkers for things such as wearing your badge in the wrong spot on your shirt
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The CEO can take a pay cut so that his employees can get paid what they deserve instead of him getting millions of dollars in bonuses and raises each year. The new $15 wage hike, some people still aren't making $15
