It's a crazy busy pace but makes any other job seem slow and boring.

The interviewers were well informed about the company and shared the truths - good and challenging.

Genuine care about the product and the people. Very few exceptions to this in the leadership team.

The mission to change the way business gets done and the impact we can have on the world.

Salary is ok; benefits are acceptable (need a 401K match); equity is the gamble but as close to a sure thing as you can get.

Hearing the enthusiasm in the interviewers. Could be a quicker process with defined roles of the interviewers but overall it's a really good process.

The people I get to work with and the pace is exhilarating! It's not for everyone but for those that enjoy the roller coaster, there is no better thrill.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of new people but we seem to bring on smart people who can contribute. Organizationally, we could be better at defining he org and hiring to plan instead of hiring great people and then figuring our the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are great! We could get better at defining space before we hire rather than when we are busting at the seams of our buildings. Culture is defined by many things and the positives outweigh the negatives at this point.
