It has been very exciting and challenging. As we bring on more people there is naturally more confusion. We hire experienced people who led a team and now are asked to do it themselves, which takes a while to ramp up. Also, our growth into updated systems is painful as we learn.

Stock and the ability to share in the success of the company. It too inspires me to work harder and ensure I deliver quality work as it will impact the quality of my future.

There is exciting energy amoung AAi employees, as we know we are part of something very special. Where we work very hard, and sometimes the process of our systems/policies are frustrating, we are all growing together to a mutual end goal, AAi's success in transforming the workplace of the world.
