For the most part, they empower us to do what we have to do to achieve the goal at hand.

The team is quite cohesive despite not always having clear goals, non-political, always willing to help and genuinely good people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get the sense we are working to define our culture (figure out who we are) given the pace of growth so I'm not sure there is a most positive today. If I have to identify one positive, it would be a collaborative culture.
