Great opportunity to learn and work hard with some good people and do amazing things. Unprofessional leaders and lots of inappropriate behavior that is always excused by the urgency and pressure. Discrimination, bias and inappropriate behavior has nothing to do with fast-paced work and pressures.

Coworkers should not see crossing lines of ethical and respectful behavior as legitimate means to their ends.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Automation Anywhere has no choice but to become a more diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace. The company offices should not be places where employees feel uncomfortable or even unsafe.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should lead by example. That means they should not be crossing lines of ethical and respectful behavior but rather setting the precedent that those behaviors have no place at Automation Anywhere.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leaders shouldn't be crossing ethical and respectful behavior red lines. Certain leaders have no place in a company that wants to compete on the global stage in 2019, their behavior is wrong in itself but what's worse is that it sets example for others who see how far they can go without consequence
