What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's pretty comprehensive as far as health insurance goes. It would be great to have matching 401k.

everyone here is so ridiculously smart. and nice. and most people around the company are pretty collaborative. we have a great team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I can work from home when it's too crowded/noisy/crazy in the office. (And FTR, these questions are grouped in a way that isn't accurately reflecting my answers.)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, particularly a roadmap with priorities Making decisions and staying with them - especially around launches. Trusting employees to do what they hired us for Operating the company at it's current scale - we aren't a small start up anymore Respecting work-life balance
