Communication is mainatained. But, It can be better wrt how we're doing as a company time to time on revenues, expansion, new customers, partners etc.

As a lead/principal development engineer working with cutting edge technologies are paid relatively better in Bay area from what I hear from my professional friends

Mihir as a CEO provides a very confident face for the company and that gives us as employees to belieive in what the company is striving for
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
being professional when you have to agree to disagree, be secured about one's own work etc. never tread on something that can cause friction with clear communication
