No strategic direction. A sense of urgency without direction. The culture needs a total restart

Lack of clarity over value of equity. Base comp is low; bonus is totally out of alignment with market
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too much nepotism and favoritism. The culture is clearly a them and us one. If you are part of the Founders' gang you are protected - the rest of the company don't seem to be important
