What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is very good and bonus is adequate. I would like to see some additional incentive opportunities quarterly and more importantly, opportunities to earn additional stock options.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Experienced and very good at what they do. Always willing to help or assist. Feels very much like I've known these people for a long, long time... but it's only been 1 year! Love our CSM team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone, and I do mean everyone, is more than willing to stop what they are doing, if needed, to help and assist others. Extremely generous with their time. The talent level is extraordinary and we continue to hire the very best.
