Leadership team is accessible at least in the Seattle office.

High energy and lots of opportunities to socialize but are mostly for "FTE" employees and not contractors..

There were many opportunities to ask questions and managers were very open about the difficulty level of the position.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers are generally polite and a pleasure to work with and the coworkers go out of their way to be helpful and work as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Product support are hired on initially as contractors and aren't given the same opportunities for benefits and growth as full time employees even though we do the same amount of work. We don't even get the same time off or insurance options.
