What makes you most happy at work?

Being valued, the upward growth, being part of something that people truly need.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all are here to help each other...no crabs in a bucket dragging us all down mentality.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was all done at once so I didn't need to spend a month or so waiting on the outcome.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is encouraging and we understand we all succeed when one person does. We lift each other up and share success stories.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Best part is the stock and retirement plans. Our PTO is less compared to most tech companies and our insurance isn't solid at all by comparison (lots of out of pocket). Better insurance and PTO will keep us competitive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our direct reports are outstanding - they fight for us, they listen and give valuable but fair feedback. Director and VP level, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Lots of ego and refusal to listen to us in the trenches. Dismissiveness and weird verbal only restrictions on moving up
