Positive. Good faith leadership, increasing transparency, new CEO is a positive change, earnest and meaningful DE&I efforts, big growth prospects, employees who believe in the company mission and their own ability to grow their careers. But, nowhere near enough women or POC at the upper levels.

We recognize that we're all humans with non-work needs. We help each other and keep each other accountable. Good ideas can come from anywhere, and we try new things all the time. And we like each other.
