Very much so work hard play hard - you can take all the personal time you need as long as the work gets done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Still seems like a boys club - pals of the executive team get large scale promotions much more frequently than the rest of us, especially women.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of so much change - we are providing access to credit for folks who haven't been given a chance by the banks. That's huge!
