This company is going through a transition, that always causes some waves some good some not. I feel like overall this company cares about it employees and customers and will do what it takes to help ensure they are treated fairly.

Working with a group of people that care about you and get's their job done right makes coming to work enjoyable and rewarding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that because we are based out of Tennesse it's ok to pay us less. For Avant to be a financial tech company it's concerning that the local grocery store will pay more money than Avant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At first, the most positive thing was the fact that we were a call center that did not operate as a typical call center. However, in recent months that has changed, it's not all bad but it makes us stand out less from our competition.
