What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team goes above and beyond to make sure that all employees know that they are welcome at this Job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that if i need anything i can reach out to my peers or Managers and someone is always there to have my back.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was very laid back. It was like talking to an old friend but answering all the questions that would pertain to an interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued in my position I do however feel that with the many different task that we handle we do deserve a higher wage then what we are making at this time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team strives to be the best in the company. We are always looking for way to improve and to help others with knowledge and a better understanding of our company and the product that we service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can always have fun as long as you are getting the work done the proper way and in a timely manner. Management is never above a good time as long as the Customer is taken care of.
