They need to stop underpaying people at lower salary levels and have huge difference between execs and employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to cultivate a better overall culture and create a one-company feeling. Transparency isn't as good as it used to be either and overall the company isn't really correlating its growth story with employee growth
