I love this company, However I do not feel that we are paid fairly.

Knowing that I have a team of people that truly care about me, not just the numbers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that they listen and do try to address our concerns. Sometimes things seem to be too secretive when changes are coming up. But my team in Originations is awesome
