At the start, the company was great. positive vibes, and relaxed atmosphere made me look forward to coming in. Then we had a change of Site Manager and it all began to decline. The atmosphere grew negative, the morale dropped, and people keep quitting. I honestly don't know that I will be for long

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not a lot of promises are kept, and the communication/positive atmosphere is at a low comparatively speaking in regards to other places I have been employed.
