My manager and her section coach are phenomenal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match is pretty great.

The time it took for them to get back to me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The caliber of people we hire seems to be very sub par.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is the absolute best she is understanding and our biggest cheerleader here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally love that we have some freedom that we do. I think when our department head was let go the weight of the call center was lifted.
