i truly love my job, though i feel like i was thrown in with little training. i have been offered and am now recieving further training, but the beginning was definitely a hard adjustment

they all carry themselves very professionally, and for the most part show empathy and understanding.

a large portion of the staff carry themselves professionally, and are efficient at their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefits are just very expensive, either more affordable benefit options, or higher pay to compensate.
