Monitoring remote offices to promote growth and equality
We are numbers there. Management is poor and hostile.
Transparency and communication Nothing seems to be shared with "lower" employees and although when employees are updated, it's all 'talk'

They are afraid of management.
ability to keep an open mind, ownership of their positions, not what they can expect of their positions, acknowledgement of work efforts, when changes are made that others are made aware of them & not that everyone will just have to find out on their own & when they do, not to get blamed not knowing
