The best part is PTO
I am paid above market value in my position
Its a standard industry package
It's industry standard, not worse or better than others
PTO, but some areas never use.

Really excellent engineering team, very sharp folks
We are a family that wins together and loses together but we have fun along the way
The wealth of knowledge they have
good knowledge base with lots of experience
The team sticks together during the near daily meltdowns of the managing director
