My overall experience at Avis Budget was stressful and tiring, due to upper upper management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
For the interview, I pretty much walked right into a job.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers are pretty nice and easy going, but I feel much better going home.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It already did, they cleaned house. But hopefully they learned from the previous management team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I worked alone, but the people I was directly in contact with on a normal basis were pretty okay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay was decreased because they claim my pay rate was a "mistake". No benefits whatsoever, and I worked over 70 hours per week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct Agency Mgr was pretty cool. Another one was okay, the Sales Mgr for auto repair was really sweet. The one person I was in contact with in loss prevention was a charm and a particular Store Mger was awesome. As for everyone else, a garbage team making the company look horrible as a whole!!
