What do you like best about the leadership team?
Long term vision and clear execution priorities
Axon leadership team communicates frequently, openly, and candidly on all important issues that the company is facing such as Covid, hybrid work model, supply chain issues, stock prices, the war in Ukraine, etc.
Mission first -- relentless commitment to winning right, and being best example on the planet of using tech as a force for good.
They try to implement programs that they think will help the most people.
Honesty and transparency! They never shy away from hard questions and clearly believe in the mission of this company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock package is amazing especially given the upside long term
XSPP - Expoential Stock Purchase Plan - which is a unique program that provides startup-like upside in the context of a public company
The bonus is tied to company goals, not just individual goals.
A large portion of my compensation is in Axon stock which has nearly doubled since I joined
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More competitive pay and benefits (like free parking)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Decisions are always about what's best for the customers and users, then about the company -- not one team vs another
The culture on my team is to expect candor - I love their transparency and authenticity. Everyone is here to work towards a critical mission, creates a motivating environment
My team consists of all-star engineers who always look for ways to raise the bars and give their best. Faced with challenges or failures, we stick together, instead of finger pointing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People truly believe in the mission of our work. "Changing the world" is used too freely in the industry, but our mission truly is keeping people safe and supporting equality in justice and law enforcement for everyone.
I love the Be-Obssed cultural value of Axon since it helps guide us as a team. Whenever in doubt, think about the customers. It helps give meaning to the work we do and eliminate ambiguity effectively. We never second guess our mission.

Everyone is here for a reason other than their paycheck. It's really refreshing to work in a team that's so universally invested.

What makes you most happy at work?
Ideas and ambition are highly valued and supported, meaning more of what I dream up and plan out makes it to the market.
It's always busy up to the nose but my work is meaningful. I feel like I'm moving the needles and my work helps bring postive societal impacts

When I help solve problems for customers and the people I work with.
I feel like I'm really changing the world for the better and that is hard to beat

Way too much pressure and work load too high. I have almost no time for family
