What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company is united around common goals to protect life, protect truth, and accelerate justice. Working to develop products that make a difference brings a new energy to the workforce.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I did not get a great contract when I joined, but I proved to be strong and got promoted fast, but by compensation does not rise as fast and catching up slowly, and until now I am not high in my band. There was no rewards for loyalty either.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?I dont know, whether company will change based on employee’s feedback, company is still very good as we are earning much more money. Or some of us leave Axon is the right change. But I think that there is no right or wrong
