The company truly cares about its employees and their well-being. Managers encourage their employees to take care of their mental health and to have a good work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent. We have an all-hands meeting every week and one of the co-founders even hosts his own office hours where employees can ask any questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is so friendly and people are willing to help each other out. As an entry-level employee, it can be intimidating at times to ask for help. But everyone has been happy to help and provide guidance.
