What did you like most about the interview process?
It was laid back, there was no one trying to pull a gotcha, just honest and open questions about my experience and real honest discussion about what is expected and the company culture.

My freedom to make decisions. I am not micromanaged and I am trusted to use my extensive experience to serve the customers using our standards without feeling like I am being watched at all times.
