To sum it up in one word is impossible, but the closest possible would be incredible! The people, the ethics, the actual love for tech and respect of the customers is just a breath of fresh air. I hope I can retire from here, and so far I see no reason I cannot.

My freedom to make decisions. I am not micromanaged and I am trusted to use my extensive experience to serve the customers using our standards without feeling like I am being watched at all times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen, it is as simple as that, the leadership listens, there is never a feeling like you are not worth the time, everyone is on the same level and treated with respect and like an equal.
