They are always available when you need something! we have a weekly meeting with our CEO where we learn about the agenda of the company!

We try to collaborate as much as we can but we are not micro managed which gives us a lot of flexbility in our day to day

TRANSPARENCY would be the number 1 thing! People are so caring and nice and always try to help you. Definitely the best environment i have ever worked in.
