What are some of the best things about your team?
They are patient, respectful and helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very polite and respectful. I've not really seen any back-stabbing, abuse, yelling or tantrums.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are totally transparent and really seem to care about their employees. We are treated more as partners than as "hired help".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It very comprehensive and flexible. They just added a benefit where we can consult an attorney for free - I've never seen that before.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was highly interactive and the people interviewing and testing me were more interested in how I solved problems than in what data I've memorized.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am helping people. We get letters from folks we've helped recover their data and it is touching and heartwarming how often we help folks out of a terrible situation.
