Communication is good and everyone is open to discussion/arguments in a professional way

Very open and approachable. Frequent all hands meetings to discuss direction, announce projects, promotions and hires, etc.

Communication was good throughout, not a lot of gotcha style questions, there was a focus on team fit as well as technical knowledge
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to take care and accommodate you to a pretty reasonable extent. Nice desks and chairs, snacks and drinks are everywhere, you're treated like an adult and allowed to manage your time provided your work quality is good
