What did you like most about the interview process?
Those interviewing me weren't just trying to trip me up or asked the same mundane questions. They actually wanted to get to know me and make sure it was a fit for both of us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Besides skills, management makes sure new hires will fit in with the atmosphere of the company. While that can potentially lead to creating a bubble of only like minded people, there is still enough differences that we all get along but it doesn't feel like a social bubble.
