The trust & freedom to work the way that works best for me. Of course, within reason and as long as I'm productive and completing my tasks in a timely manner. No micro-managing.

Everyone is easy to interact with. We can all give each other honest feedback and not feel attacked bc we know it's only for the betterment of one another. We are all willing to help whenever we can.
