Converting from a contractor was an easier process then a full interview. It was reasonable considering my history as a contractor.

People are courteous, friendly and try to assume the best when there is a misunderstanding. It is really a collaborative environment, even across teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have interesting projects that let me leverage my background in various technologies. Work is never boring and there is always a new challenge that also keeps me learning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company tries to keep everything as transparent as possible. The CEO (Gleb) invites questions and responds to slack questions from employees, even if he only has time to do so late in the evening. The policies in the company give the employees as many benefits as possible.
