The transparency here is unparalleled. They truly care about their employees and want the best for them. They make decisions almost too carefully because they want to try and please as many people as possible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the different personality types and perspectives of the people I got to chat with. Some technical people, some creative people, subordinates, managers, etc. I also LOVED the diversity I saw in my interview process! Very refreshing!
What makes you most happy at work?
I find that the most rewarding part of my job is coaching and developing my team. I love seeing them grow and go off to join other teams and further their careers. Working with them is a blessing and I'm so happy with the team I've/we've created here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are truly collaborative. I know I keep saying it, but I really mean it. Each department is willing to have a conversation with you to learn more about how they can help. There are individuals all over who are willing to lend a helping hand. It's a great community we've established.
