What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comprehensiveness. Just in discussions with other employees, stuff I never imagined would be covered has been for others. Physical, dental, vision, mental/emotional, AND pet!
What did you like most about the interview process?
On top of technical/skill capacity to do the job, the culture rubric that is used by interviewing with a spread of other employees to get to know an applicant better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The competency. That may sound silly, but I'm sure everyone has been on teams where there is someone lacking, but on mine, everyone is coherent, communicative, and of good humor. It's effectively family.
What makes you most happy at work?
The understanding that not every day is going to be a full 8 hours, and that on occasion, if there's nothing left to do, that's fine. No need to look busy or find menial extra tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The startup family vibe that's been carried for over a decade as the founders continued to lead the company, permeating the other teams, across the entire workforce. We all make the company great, so we strive to be great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have done the job for many years themselves, and still do it to some extent, and as a result, understand the day to day challenges, as well as the overarching. On top of that, they are advocates for the team & individual employees.
