Still very approachable and involved with employees. Seem to genuinely care about employees. Very transparent about their strategies for the company.

Health care is amazing. They seem to add to benefits every year so I think they are very competitive with the top tech companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Still acts like a startup - not much red tape in getting things done. Broad responsibilities rather than narrow functions. Employees have the ability to work on different parts of the product if they want.
