My team listens to each other and takes each other's inputs into account. Ego is at a minimum. We genuinely get along.

The people I work with and the reputation our company has in the marketplace. It's enjoyable to speak with customers who are happy with us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While they don't always agree on specifics about strategy and tactics, they all seem aligned in their approach to customers and employees. They genuinely seem to like each other and work together to do the best thing for Backblaze.
