What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not too uptight. We all are able to laugh and joke about what we do, and just generally enjoy each other's company. We take the work very seriously, but no one takes themselves too seriously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do seem to be genuinely concerned with their empoloyees' happiness and well-being. Work-load is high as with any law firm, but they work really hard to keep it management and to ensure that we all have restful time off. I feel very valued here.
