No company is perfect, however I like that this firm is always challenging the norms and trying to find solutions to be better. The employees should certainly feel empowered and able to discuss and bring forward new ideas.

Always being positive and helpful, always willing to learn more and help out when needed. They are the best!
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding out new solutions to make our work more efficient. Helping my team learn and grow, learning new technologies.

Our monthly communication and updates about where the firm is going and goals, how we plan to achieve those goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very hard during COVID to really experience the BAL culture as it used to be. Either way, we find time to interact with one another over zoom, I liked working on projects with individuals that I don't usually interact with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have really excelled in learning a lot of new skills in the past 5 years with the firm and I don't believe that my title reflects it or that my salary is adjusted according to all the new responsibilities I have taken on in the past two years including managing employees without a manager title.
