They're excellent people. Warm, effective managers, who care about what's best for the person and the company.

I feel very fairly paid. They did not try to negotiate me down in the least. The company has been fair and generous.

We're a growing company with an upbeat culture. So we have a good base to start from--but the best part of the culture is the people. I've never worked at a company this size with essentially no jerks. Pretty amazing.
