The company tries! Which is more then some companies but they do not always succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Putting the pieces together. Analyzing the work allows me to use my problem solving skills. AND my team/co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other. We understand that no one else understands the craziness of our client like each other. We try to keep morale up by remembering to take a break and talk about something other than cases/work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work too much and I do not get paid enough. I am promised resources are coming but when? It's been years of being constantly understaffed. More and More people are leaving and more and more work get put onto myself and my team. BAL is not doing enough proactively to keep their staff.
